The purpose of hiify is to help businesses run an inbound voice agent that answers phone and website calls, uses approved business knowledge, and completes tasks such as booking appointments.
What hiify does
hiify is a voice-agent application. Business users sign in to hiify, design an AI receptionist on a visual canvas, attach knowledge the agent is allowed to use, connect tools they authorize, test the agent on their website, and publish it to a phone number they provide.
hiify is offered at the website hiify.ai. The application name shown to users is hiify.
Why hiify requests Google user data
hiify requests Google Calendar access so a connected business can let its voice agent check real availability and create or update calendar events when a caller wants to book or change an appointment.
hiify uses Google Calendar data only to perform those scheduling actions for the workspace that connected the account. hiify does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not transfer it to unrelated apps. Users can disconnect Google Calendar inside hiify or revoke access in their Google Account settings.
